Located at No.24, jinyuchi Central District, Chongwen District, Beijing (north of the road 50 meters west of the north gate of the temple of heaven), the Museum of Chinese national art treasures is located in the cultural circle of the temple of heaven and complements the world cultural heritage Temple of heaven. It is the only palace of Chinese national art treasures in China.

There are five floors of exhibition area in the Museum of Chinese national art treasures. Each floor has its own characteristics
The first and second floors are mainly Beijing gifts, and the products authorized by the Expo are sold, such as key chain, kettle, cup, train type U-disk, etc. the exhibition area on the first floor is China Arts and crafts masters Museum, which shows the overall development level of China's arts and crafts industry since the founding of the people's Republic of China. Some of the works have never been published, and a large number of unique products will present an amazing art world;
The second floor is the Beijing art treasures Museum (eight unique works in Yanjing), which includes eight categories of crafts: Cloisonne, jade carving, ivory carving, carved lacquer, gold lacquer inlay, silk inlay, palace carpet and Beijing embroidery. It covers Beijing's traditional culture and palace culture, and can be called "Beijing culture card":
Cloisonne's production technology is quite complex, which not only uses the bronze and porcelain technology, but also integrates the traditional hand painting and carving technology, so it can be called the master of traditional Chinese technology. The cloisonne in this exhibition has a wide range of varieties and fine workmanship, which can be described as the best work.
Carved lacquer is a magnificent flower of ancient Chinese material civilization. The lacquer carving works exhibited in this exhibition are well-rounded and vigorous in carving skills, solid and delicate in lacquer quality, and full of layering, which are deeply loved by collectors.
Beijing embroidery, also known as palace embroidery, was once called "four embroidery" together with "Su, Xiang and Gu" in "four famous embroidery". Beijing embroidery is dignified and steady in shape, elegant and elegant in style, and luxurious in material, showing royal style and dignity. The Beijing embroidery works in the exhibition hall are not only strictly standardized in design content and color, but also exquisite in needling.
Hand woven carpets are of exquisite workmanship and rich and colorful patterns. In the past, they used to be used for imperial purposes, so they are also called palace carpets. The palace carpets in this exhibition are elaborately made by various craftsmen. They are exquisite and beautiful.
There are also jade carvings, ivory carvings, gold lacquer inlays and silk inlays on display. They are also the painstaking works of all arts and crafts masters. Both the modeling and the craft are very exquisite.
The third floor is the Museum of Chinese national art treasures, which focuses on displaying works of art representing the historical development, origin and culture of 56 nationalities;
The fourth floor is the state gift Hall of the people's Republic of China, which displays the epitome of international exchanges since 1949, the diplomatic history of the leaders of the Republic, and the treasures presented by international friends competing with China's top art;
The fifth floor is the Museum of intangible cultural heritage treasures, with nearly 100 kinds of intangible cultural heritage under state protection appearing collectively;
The five floor art hall displays international Thangka art treasures, which provides a new platform for Tibetan Buddhism.

Development history
