Laolongkou liquor museum is located at No.1, Zhulin Road, Dadong District, Shenyang City. Many products have won various honorary titles in domestic and international wine expositions. Products not only sell well in and out of the province, but also exported to South Korea, North Korea, Japan and other countries. In October 2000, Shenyang longlongkou winery and Singapore TC company jointly established "Shenyang Tian Jiang Lao Longkou Brewing Co., Ltd.", becoming the first joint venture of liquor production in Baijiu baijiu.

Development history

Laolongkou is one of the earliest national industries in Shenyang. It was first built in 1662, the first year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty, and has a long history of 343 years. Because it was located in the east of Shengjing Longcheng, the capital of Qing Dynasty, it was called Laolongkou. There is an ancient well in the factory, which occupies its soul. It is the afterblood of Changbai Mountain, which is called "Longtan water". The water quality is clear and sweet, suitable for brewing. The Baijiu liquor is a tribute to the imperial court and the army, known as "the Great Qing Gong liquor". It has been praised as "the first time to drum up eight banners". It was the 12 Kangxi's, Yong Zheng, Qian Long, Jia Qing, Dao Guang five emperors' East patrol Shengjing Gong Jiu production area.

The wine museum adopts the ancient architectural form of the Qing Dynasty, with a construction area of 1200 square meters (the exhibition area is 999 square meters, and the pub area is 201 square meters). The parking lot covers an area of 1000 square meters, with a total area of 2200 square meters. The design elevation is used for reference to the archway in Qing Dynasty, with two sides of the building with a simple hard roll house, a green tile on the roof, and a brick masonry on the outside walls. Artificial wood or oil paint is used for the wooden structures such as beams, columns, doors and windows. The whole building is mainly Museum, with both sides of the Qing Dynasty pubs and Qing Dynasty wine workshop, forming a display platform for Baijiu culture in China. Combination and unification.

Mencius, a wealthy businessman in Shanxi, bought a piece of open space outside Xiaodong in the spring of 1662 ad, and invested in the construction of the oldest wine making workshop called Lao Longquan. The Baijiu liquor was named as the "Yi Longquan" pot. The liquor was fragrant and refreshing, and it was very popular. It was later designated as "palace tribute wine" by the Qing court, which was used for drinking in the court of the Qing Dynasty. In 1752, "yilongquan" was changed to "delongquan" and in 1871 "wanlongquan". For two centuries, Shaoguo has been carrying forward the long tradition of brewing, making Shaoguo always popular and prosperous.

Exhibition area distribution

The museum is divided into "wine culture exhibition area" and "old wine workshop exhibition area". "Wine culture exhibition area" also includes "the origin and development of wine", "wine rules and customs", "wine utensils and vessels", "wine poetry and wine painting", "the development history of Laolongkou" and "exhibition room of old products". The collection includes more than 40 wine sets, more than 50 famous paintings and calligraphy, more than 200 old trademarks and more than 300 bottles of old products in different periods of the 20th century, some award-winning trophies and certificates for some products in Laolongkou, and wine sea and its fragments at the end of the 19th century. The "old wine making workshop exhibition area" vividly reproduces the technological process of traditional Chinese wine making, and displays various utensils of ancient wine making, various raw materials needed for wine making, the hundred year old remnant stone mill group excavated in the factory, and some old products of Laolongkou from 1950s to 1980s.
