It is located on the East Bank of Slender West Lake in Yangzhou City, facing XIAOJINSHAN across the lake. It was built in the reign of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty, and was named "fun garden" when Emperor Qianlong visited the south. The landscape has been abandoned for a long time.

In the autumn of 1960, Yanyu building of Siqiao was built on the former site. The building is two stories high, facing three Ying in the West and surrounded by four corridors. When you climb the tower, you can see from afar. The bridges are of different shapes. Looking south, there are Chunbo bridge and Dahong bridge, looking north, there are Changchun bridge, looking west, there are Yuban bridge and Lianhua bridge. The valuable thing is that the bridges are close at hand, but they have different shapes and styles. If you climb the tower in the drizzle, all the bridges are in the same place in the rain and fog. If they are covered with a layer of gauze, the sky is hazy and changeable. Each bridge connects the scenery separated by the lake, and divides the scenic spots of the whole lake into different sections with different styles and different landing points and structures, forming a landscape painting scroll with different charm. No wonder Qianlong had to climb the Yanyu tower of the fourth bridge every time he visited the lake .
