Few people know that Nanjing Puzhen machinery factory, the predecessor of Nanjing Puzhen Vehicle Co., Ltd. of CSR group, was the "red front" of Nanjing at that time. In 1922, the first party group in Nanjing was born here, and its founder and leader was Wang Hebo.

Heroic deeds
Wang Hebo was a pioneer of the Chinese workers' movement and one of the early leaders of the Communist Party of China. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1922. At the end of January 1923, he represented the preparatory group of Jinpu Railway General Union to Zhengzhou to attend the founding meeting of Jinghan Railway General Union, and then organized the workers along Jinpu road to hold a strike, which strongly supported the February 7th strike of Jinghan railway workers. In June, he attended the third National Congress of the Communist Party of China and was elected executive member of the Central Committee. In September of the same year, he was elected as a member of the Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and chairman of the Executive Committee of Shanghai District of the CPC. Late at night on November 11, Wang Hebo died in the west of the arrow tower outside Andingmen in Beijing.

For the first time in the history of the party, the Central Commission for discipline inspection was elected, and Wang Hebo was elected chairman. This marks the initial establishment of the discipline inspection system of the Communist Party of China.
