Doum Pavilion is a two-story Pavilion style building, its construction age has been unknown. It was originally built for the Taoist God doum. Doumu is a goddess believed in Taoism. According to daozang, she is the mother of the stars in Beidou. Doumu is her "soul" and water is her "essence", which is called "Doumu Yuanjun". The image of doum is three sides and four heads, with four arms on each side. But later, in the first year of Jiaqing (1796) of the Qing Dynasty, Doumu pavilion was said to be a stage during the Jiaqing period (1796-1820). In front of the pavilion, Doumu God was worshipped, and in the back of the pavilion, he performed for the City God.
