Merrill Valley: the beauty of water and grass

Meilin township is located in the forest area with cool climate, abundant rainfall and pleasant scenery. History is a part of Mulan paddock. The 19 circular slope aprons in the township are all located at the foot of the mountain against the wind direction, where the mountains are gentle and the water and grass are rich. Merrill Valley: vivid and beautiful

It is about 30 meters high, hanging on the cliff on the side of aobaoliang in Meilin township. It is formed by rainwater seepage and accumulated in the mountainside. The dishuichuchuan Valley is long and narrow, about 30 meters wide. The surrounding natural secondary forest resources are rich, and there are many coniferous and broad-leaved tree species. Meilin Valley: jiucailou scenery

Located at the junction of Western Kalaqin banner and Hebei Province, Meilin Valley has beautiful scenery in late autumn. The mountain is gentle in Northeast and steep in southwest. The main peak is 1860 meters above sea level. Because of the high mountains and luxuriant forests, the spring water comes out from the foot of the mountain and goes down the ditch. Along the way, it gathers other mountain springs and forms a rolling river, which is the source of Xibo river. In Qing Dynasty, jiucailou belonged to Mulan paddock. Because of the dense forest and abundant water and grass, Mulan paddock was set up as a place for martial arts training, hunting and summer outing since Emperor Kangxi. At the top of Jiucai mountain, some relics such as broken tiles, spearheads and arrows can be seen.

The most beautiful is the scenery of "south tower". After walking through the winding path, straight to the stone peak more than 10 meters high and more than 50 meters long, you can get on the daunting "Overpass". The "Overpass" is less than one meter wide and one foot narrow, which is both a kind of repression and a kind of challenge to people's courage.

Not far from the overpass, on the precipice, there is a natural cave called "Yuanyang cave". It is said that many years ago, a couple of lovers who were not willing to accept their parents' orders, were not afraid of the secular life, and fled to the mountain hand in hand. Beijing: starting from the urban area, go to Beijing Chengde expressway, pass by anziling service area, and go to anziling service area to refuel.
