Sangding Temple
Sangding temple, also known as sangding temple, or sangding temple. Located on the top of a steep mountain in the southwest of Yangzhuo yongcuo lake, it belongs to the Xiangba Gaju sect of Tibetan Buddhism. It is an ancient temple with a history of more than 300 years.
Historical legend
According to the records in the mirror history of the origin of religion, it was built by kezun Xun, the fourth disciple of Qiong bonanjue, the founder of Xiangba Gaju.
On the other hand, in the early 15th century, it was built by bodongba qiaolenanjie (1375-1451) to live together with monks and nuns in the temple. It was passed down by the only female living Buddha in Tibet, the abbot of dojipam, who was reincarnated by the female living Buddha of dojipam (translated as "jinganghaimu").
In the 18th century, there were 80 monks and nuns in the temple. At the beginning of this century, there were nearly 200 monks and nuns. After that, the number of monks and nuns decreased continuously. The female Buddha dojipam was regarded as the incarnation of vajrayama in India, which was highly respected by believers. The Temple provided the incarnation of previous generations of dojipam.
In the temple, he majored in vajrayami, practicing Indian Yoga Tantra.
Sangding temple was just a small temple when it was first built. With the support of renbengba, yasangwan and yangzhuowan, the second dojipam gonggasham expanded sangding temple.
The fifth dojpam kajubaim repaired and expanded the Buddhist halls of sanding temple, and built new Buddha statues and pagodas.
Architectural modeling
Sangding temple, the whole shape is like Potala Palace, dividend palace and white house in Lhasa.
During the "Cultural Revolution" period, the valuable cultural relics of sangding temple were taken over by the people's Government of Langjia County, and some of them were scattered in the countryside.
After 1983, most of the cultural relics were returned to the temple, and the temple was renovated.
Cultural origins
The founder of Xiangba Kagyu school is qiongbo nanjiaoba (978-1127). Born in nimuramang, Tibet, it belongs to qiongbo family. His father's name is Daji and his mother's name is zaxiji.
At the age of 10, he studied Tibetan and Sanskrit. At the age of 20, he practiced Esoteric Buddhism. He went to India seven times to study Esoteric Buddhism and Sanskrit.
He once studied Sanskrit translation according to Banzhida sumadi great translator, and the heart of great fullness from Ningma guru. In India, he worshipped under the main gate of Vajrayana of Nalanda temple and received the samadhi commandment. After receiving the commandment, he studied the Tantra under dozens of gurus, including "shuohuading" and "six dharmas" from dakongxing nun Ma and sukasengti, and from mizhiba“ "Big fingerprint" method.
Later, he practiced in the deep mountains of Pengcheng and achieved great success. He had more than 80000 disciples, among whom 7 were the most famous.
After becoming famous, he built 108 temples in Xiangdi (now Nanmulin county).
At the beginning of the time, people referred to these people as "qiongbogagu".
Later, the sect was also called "xiangbagagu" because it established a temple centered on Xiangdi.
After sangjidunba, the seventh generation king of Xiangba Gaju, Xiangba Gaju was divided into two groups: ayishengge, the disciple of sangjidunba, inherited the throne.
His disciple xiangdun (1234-1309), who was proficient in Xianmi, built the Jiasi temple, thus spreading the "jiapai". Tang dongjiebu (1385-1464), a disciple of this school, introduced the theory of a school into Kang district. Up to now, a school has been introduced into Kang District in leiwuqi area, and there are a school temples in leiwuqi area.
Kezun xunnuzhu, a disciple of sangjidunba, established sangding temple in niangmai, which led to the "sangding sect". The school is mainly spread in the later Tibet, and its inheritance has not been eliminated up to now. At present, there is only one sangding temple, which has a history of more than three years.
The first dojipam is qujijunmei (born in 1447), the princess of King Ali; the second is the niece of the sixth Panchen · luosangbeidan Yixi (1738-1780); the twelfth living Buddha dojipam deqingquzhen is now the vice chairman of the CPPCC of Tibet Autonomous Region, a member of the CPPCC National Committee and a deputy to the National People's Congress.
