Butter tea and milk tea
Ghee tea is an indispensable drink in Tibetan people's life. It is indispensable in agricultural, pastoral and urban areas.
In Tibetan, butter tea is called "chasuma", which means stir tea. It is named after its special method of making. The raw materials of butter tea are butter, tea and salt. Butter is fat extracted from milk. There are brick tea and Tuo tea.
The process of making ghee tea is as follows: first boil the tea, pour it into the non rusting pottery container for standby; when making tea, put some boiled strong tea in the pot or pot with boiling water, add appropriate amount of salt for heating, pour it into the mixing tea tube (the tea tube is made of good wood and equipped with stirring wooden stick), put in appropriate amount of ghee, and stir it up and down with wooden stick; stir the ghee After mixing with the tea, pour it into the pot and heat it a little, then it becomes fragrant butter tea. If it is fresh butter and good Tuo tea, the tea is more beautiful. You can also put a little milk or milk powder when you make butter, and then mix it well. It has a different flavor when you drink it. If the butter is old, stir in a raw egg to eliminate the smell of old butter. Every Tibetan family has a tea cone. After getting up in the morning, they all have the habit of making butter tea. Drink enough morning tea, eat one or two meals is not hungry. When relatives and friends come home, the host must serve the guests with butter tea. Generally speaking, the guests can't refuse just one bowl of tea. The host doesn't like to let the guests leave just one bowl of tea.
When you drink butter tea, you can't drink it all at once. First, blow the top layer of oil gently, then drink a few mouthfuls, and then fill it with hot tea.
Milk tea is also a favorite drink of Tibetans. Its raw materials are milk, black tea and sugar. The preparation method is also simple. Put milk and white bran into the boiled black tea. In houcang, some places like to pour the prepared milk tea into the butter tea tube, put a little butter in it, and mix it well with the method of making butter tea. In this way, not only the nutritional value of tea is high, but also the taste is very fragrant.
Zanba: Zanba is Tibetan staple food. Tibetans have Zanba for three meals a day! Zanba, the name sounds fresh, is actually highland barley fried noodles. It is a kind of fried noodles with highland barley, which is cooked, ground and sieved. It is a bit similar to the fried noodles in the north of China, but the fried noodles in the north are ground first and then fried, while the Zanba in Tibet is ground first and then fried without peeling.
Tips
The darker the color of sunglasses, the more eye protection. In fact, if the lens is too dark, it will affect the visibility of the eyes, so the eyes are vulnerable to damage. In summer, the lens of sunglasses should be able to pass through 30% of the visible light, gray and green are better, because these colors can not only resist ultraviolet radiation, but also have the best visual clarity.
