Tasiyu scenic spot in Qian'an, China, is located in dawuli Township, Qian'an City, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. Tasiyu is a big mountain in the west of Qian'an. It is famous for its mountain forest ecology and canyon landscape. Only pay attention to the immediate interests, ignore the integrity of scenic resources, long-term development, which has a negative effect on the ecology, nature and humanity of the whole region. Only by making use of its superior natural conditions, human conditions and ecological conditions, establishing diversified tourist space and enhancing the attraction to tourists, can the scenic spot be a strong guarantee for sustainable development. The purpose of this paper is to carry out the overall planning and design of tasiyu scenic spot in Qian'an City, Hebei Province, on the premise of complying with the relevant laws and regulations of scenic spot planning, relying on the Beijing Tianjin Hebei tourism system, to meet the reasonable use of natural resources, human resources and ecological resources, as well as the sustainable development of the scenic spot and the needs of tourists. I hope to sum up useful experience in the process of planning, so as to open up new ideas for the planning and construction of scenic spots in China. In the case study stage, this paper selects four successful and mature planning and development cases, namely, Taishan Scenic Spot, Yuntai Mountain scenic spot in China, shennadu National Park in the United States and ASU jiuzhong National Park in Japan, as the main research objects, and analyzes their own characteristics, planning and design, operation and management, tour routes, activities and industrial cooperation And other aspects of analysis and research, extracted from the Hebei Qian'an tasiyu scenic area planning and design useful mature experience, into the project planning. Through a large number of preliminary investigations, this plan investigates and grasps the current situation of natural resources, historical and cultural resources in tasiyu scenic area, and straightens out the landscape resources and their distribution in tasiyu scenic area. On the basis of making full use of the concept of resource integration, it effectively combines natural resources, human resources and ecological resources, so as to realize the unity of resource development and utilization in tasiyu scenic area And the sustainability of economic benefits. In the process of analyzing the original situation of the scenic spot, the positioning of the scenic spot planning, the design concept of "nature, culture and future" and the planning principle of "sustainable development, adjusting measures to local conditions and long-term development" are determined. Under the guidance of scientific planning concept, the overall conception and layout of scenic spot planning and design are improved. The planning structure of "one heart, two belts and three groups" and the landscape structure of "two axes, five pieces and six cores" are formed. At the same time, according to the current situation of the scenic resources, as well as the overall development orientation and development goals, tasiyu scenic area is planned to be a comprehensive service area, a cultural experience area, an agricultural leisure area, a health resort area, a Buddhist cultural area, and a scenic area with their own specific characteristics and practical functions. The planning and design of road traffic planning, plant planning and water system planning are based on the natural conditions and geomorphic characteristics of tasiyu scenic area. Through diversified comprehensive design and adjusting measures to local conditions, the planning and design of tasiyu scenic area are combined with the ecological protection of resources, so as to achieve the overall sustainable development.
