Fan Li temple is located in Yangzhuang Town, Tengzhou City, Shandong Province. It is also known as Fan Li temple and Tao Zhu Gong temple. Now only the former site is left.

Fan Li's ancestral hall mainly displays Fan Li's military and political talents, commercial talents and life achievements, and is set off by other related humanistic stories. Fan Li's ancestral hall, facing the southwest and backed by Jinji mountain, is magnificent. It adopts the folk architectural style of the Qing Dynasty. It is simple and elegant with Dai Wa and powder walls. In addition to "Kuixing Pavilion", the roof truss and corresponding components of the main buildings are purchased from the folk as a whole. Various wood carving components are dazzling and wonderful, which fully demonstrates the artistic characteristics of folk architecture in the south of the Yangtze River.

Development history

Fan Li temple is also called Fan Li temple, or Tao Zhu Gong temple. The temple is located on Taoshan mountain on the South Bank of Xuehe River in Yangzhuang Town, Tengzhou City, Shandong Province. As for Fan Li, there are many historic sites there. Besides Fan Li temple, there are also legends about Fan Li Lake, Diaoyutai, Xishi sheep herding place, etc.

There is no trace of the original temple, but only the old site.

Lanling city sold medicine and entered the WTO. In the eyes of the world, he lived in Huacai mountain of Changlu. Because his residence is a temple, he named his mountain Tao.

The county annals "Ci Si Zhi" also contains: after Taoshan, on the Xuehe river.

Qi Chengyun: the original Taoshan mountain was wrongly made as Taoshan mountain, so it is wrong to worship the Duke of Tao and Zhu. This is also a Qi Cheng fallacy.

This Taoshan Han belongs to Donghai County, in Lanling territory, so there is Fanli Lake Diaoyutai. The temple is also its home, since before the Tang Dynasty, Baoli two years rebuilt.

Sun Changwen records that: Gou Jian prospered by using Fan Li, and his husband lost Wu members, but his family and country were lost. He knew that the emperor and sage followed the admonition, the wood and the rope, and the sages were gifted and good at divination. Therefore, his success and fame were difficult to change.

It is also recorded in the historical records of the same county: "in the Xuehe river behind the Taoshan mountain, the height is one Zhang and five feet, passing through the flood without damaging the soil. The native Yun Fan Li was fishing. The base of the temple is Fan Li's house, and pingze at the foot of the mountain is Fan Li Lake. "

From the above records of Teng county annals (Wanli 13th year edition), it can be seen that Fan Li temple should be built on Taoshan mountain. There is a lake behind the temple, called Fan Li Lake, and a platform called Fan Li Diaoyutai.

Main attractions

Now there is no lake left, but Taiwan is still the same. Today it is still called Diaoyutai.

There are three well built foundations on the hillside. There is a stone pond beside the foundation. There are three in the well made Panlong stone column pond and one in the south of the foundation. There are well made drum shaped column piers and beams on the eaves in front of the foundation. The carvings are very exquisite.

After observation with Cheng Zhaokui of the Feicheng cultural relics administration committee, it is believed that the carving is of Tang style.

The stone pillars transported to the south of Fangji are relatively complete, and the carving process is even more wonderful. In the space of the hanging wall, there are pavilions, pavilions, small bridges and flowing water. The bridge is lifelike, lifelike, and very refined. It is one of the best existing stone pillars of Panlong, and its technology is superior to that of Dacheng hall in Qufu.

All the materials are ready, but why not repair them? It's a mystery.

According to field analysis, construction may be suspended due to the war.

But there is a folk legend: "there is a village at the foot of the mountain. There is a farmer in the village. He gets up at night in summer to grind. Because of the hot weather, he is naked.

Pushing, pushing, and looking up, the lights on the North Mountain are bright, just like a busy market. Suddenly, they shout out, which collides with the immortals. Therefore, they stop the construction here and move to Mount Tai. This leads to the legend that if they do not build Taoshan, they will build Mount Tai overnight. " This is, of course, a kind of myth without roots and evidence. It remains to be researched by later generations why the construction was stopped.

Or it was Fan Li temple, which was destroyed in some Dynasty, and later generations did not know the situation, but it was rumored that it had not been built.

Qi Mountain is famous in the past,

They beg for mercy and chase the rhinoceros. They are happy when they are fed,

Willing to be poor and hungry on the side of Taoshan mountain, the bottom of the steamer is fragrant with dust.

Note: zhenchen township is located in Taoshan, which is named after fan Mu's residence.
