The thousand pillars also have their unusual origins. According to folklore, these pillars were bought by the grand master from Jianyang when the temple was first built. At that time, the master and his two apprentices came to Jianyang. Seeing the towering trees all over the mountain, they went to their master to buy it. The master refused to die. The master asked again and again, and moved him with Buddhist practice. The owner finally relaxed and said, "well, there are some trees on the mountain without tails. They are thick and big. I'll sell them to you. "There was a heavy rain that night. The next morning, the master asked his master to go up the mountain together. It was strange that all the trees on the mountain seemed to have been struck by thunder and had no tail. The owner was stunned and had no choice but to say, "OK, I'll sell it to you. "So they got the wood of the whole mountain. The two disciples were worried when they saw so many logs. How could they move them? "The master took out a large bag of matches, wrapped it in his cassock and told his apprentice," take it with you. Don't peek on the road. The matches are in the temple. The wood followed. "Then he left without a trace. The apprentice went back day and night. One day he arrived at Lu'an, which was very close to the temple. He did not stop by the river. One of them felt the matches in his bag and said, "how did the wood come? What trick did the master do? "The other said," take it out and have a look. Maybe the master will cheat me. "They couldn't wait to open their cassocks. Unexpectedly, all the matches turned into wood and rolled into the river. Frightened, the apprentice yelled and ran back to the temple. He told the master who had already returned to the temple. The master sighed and read a mantra: "you go down there, you come up here. "I told my disciples to dig out the wood in the pond in front of the temple. As expected, they dug up a lot of wood in the pond, one by one. I don't know how much they did, but their hands were worn out. At this time, the craftsman's voice came from above: "little master, enough, enough. "As soon as the conversation stopped, the wood in the pond couldn't be pulled out any more. "The disciples ran up to see that the temple had been repaired for most of the time, and the pillars stood up, counting exactly 1000. From then on, the reputation of" thousand pillars landing "spread. The main hall is followed by the Guanyin hall, in which a bronze Bodhisattva was worshipped. It is one Zhang and six feet high and weighs more than one thousand jin. It is a benevolent place for all living beings. This is the largest metal Bodhisattva in Jiangdong county. He once sat in Zhengjue temple for more than 1000 years, but it was destroyed in the cultural revolution. There are also three jade Buddhas from India in the hall. The largest one is 58 cm tall, 48 cm wide and 23 cm thick; the smallest one is only more than 20 cm high, and the height of another one is between the two. These three jade Buddhas are all carved from white marble. They are as white as a mirror and have excellent carving skills. They are priceless treasures and are listed as second-class cultural relics under national protection. Zhengjue temple has a long history. The eaves on the top of the beams are like the unicorn running, the phoenix spreading its wings, and all kinds of paint. The Zhengjue Temple surrounded by mountains is a beautiful landscape painting.

Zhengjue temple is known as a place with thousands of pillars on the ground. The long corridor built on the mountain connects the Guanyin hall, the heavenly king hall and the 500 arhat hall, which are similar to "Guanyin sitting lotus". There are nearly 2000 large and small Buddha statues in the temple, among which the most striking one is a bronze statue of Guanyin in the Guanyin hall, which has been sitting in Zhengjue temple for more than 1000 years. It is 5.3 meters high and weighs more than 1000 Jin. It is lifelike, wonderful and solemn.
