Bijiashan scenic spot
Bijia mountain scenic spot is located in Hejiang County, Luzhou City, southern Sichuan Province, 42 km away from Luzhou City and 7 km away from Hejiang County, connecting Chongqing city and Chishui City, Guizhou Province. The forest coverage rate is 68.2%, the annual average temperature is 16.2 ℃, and the rainfall is 1500 ml. The mountain has typical red Danxia landform features, unique landscape, beautiful scenery.
Name allusion
Bijia mountain rises from the flat ground, with steep mountains. It is surrounded by the Yangtze River, Chishui River and Xishui river. Take a boat across the Chishui River and look up at the Bijia mountain, just like a Bijia, with three peaks and two depressions, standing on its own. As early as more than 1000 years ago, it was known as anleshan when Taoism prevailed in Sui Dynasty. There is still a legend that Zhang Tianshi painted all over the mountain. In the Tang Dynasty, it was renamed Shaomin mountain. Because of the three peaks of Bijia mountain, it was named Bijia mountain after the Qing Dynasty.
Scenery
Bijia mountain has 28 natural scenic spots, such as Xianren cave, Xianren population, Xianren stone, Jiulian cave, shaidan stone and Nianjing rock, so it is known as a pocket scenic spot. Among them, Xianren stone is one of the stone figures visible on the Yangtze River. Jiulian cave is connected with nine caves, and the strange stones in the cave are changeable. Xianren cave is located in a dangerous and pleasant place with fresh wind and cool air. Xianren has a magnificent view of the mountains at the junction of southern Sichuan and Northern Guizhou. On the suntan stone, you can overlook the winding of the three rivers and have a panoramic view of the pastoral scenery in southern Sichuan.
Yuntai temple on Bijia mountain was built in the Sui Dynasty. The ancient camphor in front of the mountain gate has been preserved for more than 600 years, which is rare in southern Sichuan. The temple is well preserved. There are inscriptions by Huang Tingjian, poems by Marshal Zhu De, murals of Ming Dynasty and bronze bells of Qing Dynasty.
Bijiashan stele forest is inscribed by Zhu De, Zhang Aiping, Lu Dingyi and a group of famous calligraphers on natural rocks. It has high historical, cultural and artistic value and can be enjoyed by tourists.
There are seven cultural attractions in Bijia mountain, including Feixian Pavilion, luogong Pavilion, Liangjiang Pavilion and Xizhao Pavilion. Shaomin resort integrates food, accommodation, transportation, entertainment and shopping to provide convenience for tourists. It receives 120000 tourists every year. The forest cabin in the mountain makes the heart close.
