Gong Xinzhan's former residence is the former residence of Gong Xinzhan, a political figure of Anhui Department, director of Anhui finance department, acting prime minister and chief financial officer of Beiyang government, in Tianjin in the early period of the Republic of China. It is a brick concrete structure, western style three story building, flat top with guardrail, basement, clear water wall, and high-level eaves hall in the center of the first floor. A guardrail balcony is built above the hall, with fake columns and eyebrows on the doors and windows. It is solemn and elegant, and has its own courtyard. The building is in good condition.

Gong Xinzhan has two old houses in Tianjin, located in Chongqing Road and Shengli road respectively.
Gong Xinzhan's former residence is located in Chongqing Road, Heping District, along Changsha road in the East, Chongqing Road in the south, Guilin road in the West and Chengdu Road in the north. Building area of 936 square meters, brick structure, western style three story building, flat top with guardrail, basement, clear water wall, the first floor of the central high-level eaves hall. A guardrail balcony is built above the hall, with fake columns and eyebrows on the doors and windows. It is solemn and elegant, and has its own courtyard. The building is in good condition.
Another old house is located at 20 Shengli road
. It is a two-story European style building with basement. The balcony is semi arc. On the west side, there is a second floor annex building with corridor. It was built in 1920. The former residence of Gong Xinzhan has been occupied by Li Wentian since 1936.
Gong Xinzhan (1871-1943), born at the end of Qing Dynasty, was born in Hefei, Anhui Province. He was an entourage of the British and French embassies for eight years. After the Republic of China, he served as the director of Anhui finance department. In 1919, he was the chief financial officer and acting premier of the State Council of the Beiyang government, and in 1924, he was the chief interior officer. In 1925, he was the chief traffic officer. After leaving his post in 1926, he came to Tianjin to run industries. He successively served as the Prime Minister of Industrial Bank of China, the director of Zhongfu bank, the general manager of Qixin cement company, the general director of Yaohua Glass Company, and the chairman of Kailuan Mining Bureau. In 1940, he and Jin Yunpeng initiated the reconstruction of the great mercy courtyard.
