Address change
Tianjin martyrs' cemetery is one of the bases of patriotism education in Tianjin. It was built in 1955. The original site was built in BeiCang, Beichen District. In 1973, it was moved to the northwest of the water park. Due to the long construction time and limited display conditions, it can not meet the needs of the masses to mourn and accept patriotism education. In early 2006, Tianjin planned to relocate a new cemetery and build it in Qingming in 2006 It is officially open to the public on the eve of the festival. In 2010, all of these have now been moved to Tianjin martyrs cemetery, where a new appointment is made to visit the martyrs' tombs. The martyrs' cemetery in shuishuishang Park and the revolutionary martyrs' ashes in the former 39th army martyrs' cemetery were all moved to Tianjin martyrs' cemetery.
