The planning of Guangzhou folk financial street has a large scope of adjustment, that is, taking the Changdi Dama road section of Financial Street phase I as the core, extending eastward to Jiefang Road, with a planning area of about 44 hectares. The adjusted Folk Financial Street in Guangzhou is adjacent to the North Bank of the Pearl River. In the west, there are famous historical scenic spots such as Shamian, ShiSanHang and Cultural Park, as well as traditional commercial streets such as Shangxiajiu and Zhuangyuanfang. In the East, it is vertically connected with Haizhu Square and uprising Road, the central axis of Guangzhou traditional city.

In order to provide parking facilities for the long-term development of Guangzhou folk financial street, three key plots are selected in the east of the planning adjustment scope. The three key plots are: the plot in the south of Sanzhong, the plot in the west of financial street green axis, and the plot in Wanling phase II.

The plot in the south of No.3 middle school will be designed according to the requirement of 30 meters in the control height of the famous city, which will be used for residential relocation. On the west side of the green axis of the Financial Street, the south axis of the Sacred Heart Church will be built, and a public parking lot will be set up in combination with the underground space. The building height of the plot is 45m. Wanling phase II plot is the same planning plot with Wanling square in the south. Due to historical reasons, it was not implemented after the expansion of Jiefang Road, and the building will be controlled according to no more than 100 meters.
