Qingyun Lake Forest Park is located in the outskirts of Duyun City, Guizhou Province. It is an urban back garden integrating forest landscape, landform landscape, water landscape, animal landscape, astronomical landscape and unique cultural landscape with national characteristics. It is a green lung close to the central area of the city. Qingyun Lake Forest Park is located in the suburb of Ma'anshan forest area, with an area of 2194 hectares. It was approved as a national forest park by the State Forestry Administration in 2005.

The regional area park is composed of Qingyun lake, Shimen lake and snail shell, with a total operating area of 2980 hectares and a forest coverage rate of 90.7%. It belongs to subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest and coniferous broad-leaved mixed forest, with a large area of natural secondary forest in the park.

Qingyun Lake National Forest Park is located in the urban area of Duyun City. It is mainly composed of coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest. The forest area is mainly distributed in the East and west sides of the urban area, with a length of nearly 10 kilometers. There are more than 100 families, genera and more than 300 kinds of trees and shrubs in the park. Some of the first and second class national protected plants are preserved. The vegetation, forest and ecosystem are well protected. It is the ring forest belt of Duyun City.

The park is mainly composed of Qingyun lake and Shimen lake, with a total area of 2180 hectares, a forest area of 1977 hectares and a forest coverage rate of 90.7%. It belongs to subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest and coniferous broad-leaved mixed forest. In the park, the natural secondary forest area is large and the species are diverse;

Animal resources

There are many wild animals, including more than 10 species of rare animals.

The park is surrounded by streams and rivers, with many waterfalls and springs, green mountains and lakes, and unlimited water scenery. Development status

In 2005, the leaders of the State Party committee and the state government held many special meetings to study the application and construction of Qingyun Lake Forest Park, pointed out the development direction, and coordinated and solved some start-up funds. Duyun municipal Party committee and government attach great importance to this work, and set up a leading group of command and coordination work for Duyun to create Qingyun Lake National Forest Park. The Standing Committee member of the State Party committee and the Secretary of the municipal Party committee are the group leaders, the relevant leaders of the four groups are the Deputy group leaders, and the relevant departments are the members. The leading group has a forest park creation office. The application and construction of Qingyun Lake Forest Park in Duyun made great progress and won the first battle.

In 2006, Duyun city invested a lot of money in the construction, transformation and improvement of public infrastructure in the scenic area.

In 2006, Duyun City organized and completed the overall planning and design of the forest park, demolishing the old office building and the old staff dormitory of 2000 square meters in Ma'anshan forest farm, and building a new office building of 500 square meters. We will complete the construction of the plant mosaic gate at the entrance of the park, build 1000 meters of liushanlin Qingyun Lake stone trail, 400 square meters of wooden platform, build a well Pavilion, complete the construction of 1.67 kilometers of cement roads and power supply facilities. At the same time, more than 500 seedlings such as cherry blossom, Cinnamomum camphora and Neosinocalamus affinis were replanted, which further improved the reception capacity and quality of the park.
