Through some photos taken and preserved by the Japanese in China, this paper records the history of Japan's war of aggression against China and reveals the crimes of Japanese militarism against China.

The museum was built in January 2014 with a total construction area of 3760m 'and exhibition area of 2205m'. It has collected more than 6000 pieces of cultural relics and collections related to police subjects from 1748 (the 13th year of Qianlong) to the completion of the museum. It shows a large number of rarely known, objective and accurate archives and historical materials, bearing in mind the glorious years and glorious course of the continuous development of public security in Jinan.
