Wang Ruofei, a native of Anshun, Guizhou Province, was born in the north of Anshun, Guizhou Province on October 11, 1896, an early revolutionist of the Communist Party of China and a famous martyr of "April 8". Some of the existing furniture in the former residence, materials about Wang Ruofei's revolutionary activities when he studied in Japan and France as a teenager, photos and communication handwriting when he worked with Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and other leaders, clothes he wore during the Chongqing negotiation, and eulogy of the Party Central Committee and the central leadership after his death. The former residence was built in the Qing Dynasty by Wang Ruofei's great grandfather and opened to the public in 1982. The former residence is near the street and enters the courtyard through the Daojin chaomen gate. The courtyard is paved with square stone slabs, stone flower beds, fish ponds, etc. the house is a small green tile building with wood structure, which has the style of Qing Dynasty dwellings.

The former residence was built in the Qing Dynasty by Wang Ruofei's great grandfather and opened to the public in 1982. The former residence is near the street and enters the courtyard through the Daojin chaomen gate. At present, there are 125 pictures and 47 physical materials. The exhibition line is more than 330 meters long. The main line of the exhibition is Ruofei's spirit of "everything for the people". It shows Comrade Wang Ruofei's experience in different periods and the major historical events he participated in from various angles and aspects, and highlights Comrade Wang Ruofei's historical status and role.

Introduction to Wang Ruofei
Wang Ruofei is from Anshun, Guizhou Province. An early revolutionary of the Communist Party of China and a famous martyr of April 8th movement, he was born in the north of Anshun, Guizhou Province on October 11th, 1896.
He joined the Communist Party of China in 1922 and successively served as secretary of the Party committee of Henan and Shaanxi, Secretary General of the CPC Central Committee, and Secretary of Jiangsu Provincial Agricultural Committee.
He was elected member of the CPC Central Committee in May 1927.
In 1931, he served as the Secretary of the CPC northwest Special Region Committee. During the Yan'an period, he successively served as the head of the United Front Work Department and the Propaganda Department of the CPC Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia Border Region Party committee, the deputy chief of the general staff of the Yan'an headquarters of the 18th group army, the Secretary General of the CPC Central Committee's north and central China Working Committee, the director of the CPC Central Committee's Party Affairs Research Office, and the Secretary General of the CPC Central Committee.
In August 1945, Wang Ruofei, as one of the representatives of the CPC delegation, went to Chongqing to negotiate with Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai, and signed the famous "double ten agreement" with the Kuomintang government.
On April 8, 1946, Wang Ruofei flew back to Yan'an to ask for instructions and report his work. He died in a plane crash at the age of 50.
