Shang Zhitang

Shangzhi hall, also known as Yulan courtyard, is located in the northeast of Baotu Spring, which is a courtyard of the former Shangzhi Academy.

There are three halls in the north and the south of shangzhitang courtyard, surrounded by East and West curved corridors. The stream outside the courtyard runs through the corridor along the house, with shelter in the open and quiet in the noisy, which become the characteristics of the whole courtyard. The North Hall is the main building, with bamboo and banana trees on the back. The spring flows through the bamboo forest and connects with the spring pools on both sides. On the Bank of the west corridor spring, the holly hedges are lovely, and the green willows are on the corridor, which makes it a view of the willow corridor. At the north end of the East corridor, there is a small landscape of mountains and rocks, decorated with flowers and trees, and the corridor is near the Qingchi lake, where there are Jinyu. Waterfront promenade, under the bar for visitors to rest, view. On the north side of the East-West stream in the courtyard, there is a strange stone named "daiyuefeng", which was left by the Song Dynasty. The stone is thin and slender, with many empty orifices, and looks like a crescent moon. Deep in the night, the moon is bright, and the light is shining through the cave. The shape of the cave is changeable. A poem praises him for his "elegant spirit, exquisite jade and perfect craftsmanship". Thirty six rounds of moon in a year, the change is in this stone. The courtyard is full of shade and green, evergreen in winter and summer, and four seasons of tricks. Among them, magnolia is still eye-catching, every spring, red and white flowers bloom, as big as snow lotus, fragrance overflowing, so it is also known as "Magnolia courtyard".
