Yanhong Greenland is located in the west of Gubei Road, south of Hongqiao Road and north of Yan'an west road, Changning District, Shanghai, covering an area of 32000 square meters. Greenland was completed and opened at the end of December 2003. The overall layout presents a pattern of natural and human, traditional and modern integration. It reflects the artistic conception of blending Chinese and Western cultures and forms its own style and characteristics. It is a three-star Park in Shanghai.

The green space is designed by Shanghai Landscape Design Institute, and the overall concept is "forest landscape": 1. 2. It reflects the historical and cultural features of Hongqiao Road. 3. Coordinate with the surrounding urban environment and green space environment.

In addition to the common trees and shrubs in Jiangnan, such as Cinnamomum camphora, Ginkgo biloba, Sapindus mukorossi, Magnolia grandiflora, maple, maple poplar, weeping willow, Rhododendron, Pyracantha fortuneana, peach blossom and star anise gold plate, a large number of new varieties are also planted, such as green hedge, green cloud seed, Sedum lineatum, open flower blood grass, evening grass, Miscanthus tenuifolia, oat grass and wolf grass In addition, it also includes Cassia obtusifolia, Melaleuca koraiensis and acanthopanax fortunei.

The paving materials of green space garden road are mainly various kinds of granite, and the shape of garden road has 3 meters wide, 2.5 meters wide and curved surface layout in green space.

Landscape architecture is mainly North American style wooden house (management room), flower rack, stool and landscape wall. The flower rack is made of imitation wood products. Its plane shape is 9x9 square, and it is composed of columns and beams.

The green space is well maintained. The roads in the garden are clean, the seedlings grow vigorously, and the trees support regularly.

Scenery

The 2.8-hectare Yanhong green space is the visual center of the whole green space, which is like a flying pigeon and a towering Maple poplar. The green landscape can be roughly divided into six areas: Spring rainbow, heaven and earth joyous, green wild show, Hongqiao history, autumn night and bamboo shadow.

With the old tree as the center, the surrounding area is derived from the "Hongqiao history" scenic spot. The "autumn night" scenic spot in the west of Greenland is set in the mixed forests of Metasequoia glyptostroboides, Cinnamomum camphora, Ligustrum lucidum, Paulownia, etc., with a large number of autumn trees such as maple, Larix gmelinii, persimmon, Sapium sebiferum, Weiyu, etc. In autumn, vehicles passing through the viaduct of Yan'an Road are golden. The design of Yanhong green space also fully considers the daily leisure needs of the citizens. More than 2000 square meters of Bermuda lawn is set aside in the "green wild show" scenic spot. In the scenic spot of "Acacia Tiandi", beautiful acacia trees are planted, and seats are set under the shade, so that visitors can have a rest, enjoy the scenery and read books.

The greening landscape is mainly plant landscaping, and the greening configuration is the combination of arbor, flowering shrub, ground cover and turf. Especially, more than ten kinds of new and excellent ground cover plants are widely used in the green space. In different seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter, flowering shrubs and new and excellent ground cover plants are colorful and magnificent.

Green space combines the protection of historical and cultural features (context) of Hongqiao Road with the construction of urban forest landscape, which constitutes the characteristic style of Yanhong green space.

The overall layout of Yanhong green space is natural and fluent. The East and the New Hongqiao central garden, the north and Hongqiao guest house are in harmony and natural. Looking down on the viaduct and high-rise buildings on Yan'an west road, the visual effect is excellent. At the intersection of six urban roads, there is such a lush urban forest, which will play a very important role in improving the image of the city and traffic conditions, increasing the green rate, and improving the quality of ecological environment and green landscape.

In order to reflect the cultural connotation of green space, in Hongqiao historical scenic spot, a circular square centered on Fengyang, a century old vicissitudes display wall is set up, and old pictures printed with aluminum screen are used to tell the story of Hongqiao; the walking of bamboo shadow, Xiaoxiao bamboo shadow and relief sculptures of Chinese zodiac at the west end embody the characteristics and artistry of green land.

The terrain of green land fluctuates slightly. In the east end, gentle slope grassland is formed and arbors are planted to improve the green visibility of the road and emphasize the forest landscape. The elevation of big maple poplar is basically unchanged to ensure the growth of big trees. The relative elevation of the East lawn is about 1.50-1.80 M. the terrain in the north of the east district is relatively gentle, and the original trees are retained to form a sparse forest grassland. From the side of Hongqiao Road, the view is transparent and far-reaching.

Yanhong green space is located as urban forest landscape green space, so it is generally surrounded by arbor forest, with a coverage rate of more than 70%. There are more than 100 kinds of plant species. Yanhong green space takes arbors as the skeleton to form a multi-level complex plant community, which is dense, orderly and rich in layers. It creates a beautiful and beautiful modern urban green space landscape. While bringing a green shade to the public, it also offers a cup of nostalgic and deep coffee for people to taste.

After the completion of Yanhong green space, the New Hongqiao central garden in the East and Hongqiao guest house in the north will be integrated into a large green landscape belt with a total area of 25 hectares, becoming the largest "green lung" in Western Shanghai. It not only adds a bright spot to the road landscape of the Western District of Shanghai, but also provides a good place for the residents of Hongqiao area to have a rest.
