Seven treasures Catholic Church

Qibao Catholic Church is located at No. 50, South Street, Qibao town, Minhang District. Qibao Catholic Church was founded in 1866, and its opening ceremony was held on August 2 of the following year.

At that time, father long was born in Chuansha county (now Pudong New Area) with the holy name of "madia"; up to now, there have been 36 priests in this church. In 1917, Daqing held the 50th anniversary of the founding of the hall; in 1947, Daqing held the 80th anniversary of the founding of the hall, and the hall was overhauled. On May 23, 1949, the bell tower was destroyed when the Kuomintang troops retreated. On August 15, 1982, the hall was restored after reconstruction. In September 2000, Qibao Catholic Church was listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Minhang District.
