Lulan Qingsha scenic spot is named for its location at the foot of Lulan mountain in the north of Daishan island. It is 14 kilometers away from Gaoting town. It is not only a tourism development zone, but also one of the "ten sceneries of Penglai". It is a natural large-scale bathing beach and beach activity center. The whole scenic area is composed of Lulan Qingsha beach, xufuting, Niluo mountain, QingSha Ocean Park and the planned tourism community. Lulanqingsha is 3.6 km long. The beach is north-south, 150 meters wide from east to west, and more than 200 meters wide from the flooded part. When the tide rises, the waves are big, the echo is loud, and the momentum is grand. When the tide ebbs, the tide is calm and peaceful. The sand is iron gray, fine and hard. It contains a variety of minerals and has certain curative effect on skin diseases. Because of the hard sand, cars can be driven on the beach, which is known as "Wanbu Tieban sand". Surrounded by beautiful peaks on three sides of the beach, there is "small and medium-sized islets on the beach" - niluoshan, surrounded by different reefs. There is a "cockscomb reef" near it, which is named for its shape like a cockscomb. In the early morning, I stand on the beach and watch the sunrise in the East China Sea through the "Jiguan reef". A round of red sun breaks through the sea. It is colorful and interesting. Liu Menglan, a poet of the Qing Dynasty, once wrote a poem praising: "the plain sand is surrounded by the sea corner, and the foot of Lulan mountain is also known as the District, so as to draw a picture of wild geese falling in Xiaoxiang with bright brocade on the white land."

Ocean Paradise

Xu Futing

Located on the hill pier at the entrance of Ocean Park, the pavilion covers an area of about 80 square meters. The style of the pavilion is a white stone structure, an antique double-layer quadrangle pavilion with stone railings. There is a pair of couplets engraved on the column of the pavilion, saying: "stop scratching, want to visit Xu Fangshi, and move Mei Zizhen across the water." Inside the pavilion, there is a stele with two dragons in it, which is carved from bluestone. The inscription records the relationship between Xu Fu's pursuit of immortality and the ancient name of Daishan, Penglai. The name of the tablet was written by Li Lianqing, President of Xu Fu society of China. When you climb on the pavilion, you can see the sea and the whole beach from afar. The sea breeze blows across your face, making you open-minded and relaxed.

Niluo mountain

Located in the fine sand of Lulan, the mountain is about 6000 square meters. It is a small and medium-sized island with three beaches and one side into the sea. From a distance, it looks like a huge mud snail crawling into the sea, hence its name. On the top of the mountain is the site of xingmashilan, which is a cultural landscape. According to relevant historical records, at the end of the Sui Dynasty, Emperor Yang of the Sui Dynasty wanted to open up territory and expand territory. Hussar General Chen Ling led more than ten thousand soldiers to collect and flow. He passed through Daishan and set up camp in the area of Lulan Qingsha, killing horses and worshipping heaven for seven days and nights. Soon after conquering Liuqiu, Emperor Yang of the Sui Dynasty granted Chen Ling the title of "doctor youguanglu". Afterwards, in memory of him, local people built a "General Chen Temple" near the scenic spot. The story of "General Chen killing horses to worship heaven and asking for help" has been handed down to this day. In 1998, a large-scale TV series "Legend of Xu Fu's eastward crossing" was produced by Zhejiang TV drama production center, in which the scenes of Emperor Qinshihuang's offering sacrifices to the sea to send Xu Fu, the expedition of the eastward crossing fleet, and the eastward crossing camp were all filmed there.
