brief introduction
In 1821 (the first year of Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty), he served as the governor of Zhejiang Province. During the Opium War in 1841 (the 21st year of Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty), he was ordered to garrison Penghu and died in Fangci on February 7 of the next year. The Qing court bestowed the title of Prince and teacher to the earl. Because of the high rank of Wang Delu's official rank, his tomb was also large and spectacular. Outside the tomb, there are stone men, stone horses, stone sheep and stone lions on the left and right. The stone man is a military general on the right and a civil official on the left. It is about 1.7 meters high and has vivid carvings. The stone horse carving method is simple and close to symbol. The stone sheep is kneeling. The stone lion's eyes are abrupt and clumsy. This tomb is a first-class historic site in Taiwan Province.
