Taihu Fairy Island, formerly known as Sanshan Island, commonly known as Wuguishan, is a group of small islands in the lake in Yuantouzhu scenic area. It has the reputation of "three mountains reflecting Bi". There are Sanshan Taoist temple, Huixian bridge, Tianjie, LingXiao palace, Tiandu immortal mansion, Yuelao temple, dajuewan and other buildings on the island. Taihu Lake Fairy Island is located in Yuantouzhu 2.6 km southwest of the lake "three mountains", shaped like a turtle, commonly known as "Wuguishan". The island is covered by lush trees, jade buildings and yaochi Lingdong. There are many scenic spots, such as Xiandao archway, Huixian bridge, Yuelao cave, Tiandu Xianfu, Tianjie street, Taiyi Temple of heaven, LingXiao palace, Dajue Bay, xianfo cave, etc. together with monkey playing, it is a unique landscape integrating traditional Chinese history and culture into beautiful landscape. Tourists on the island, listening to ancient music and enjoying scenic spots everywhere, have a great sense of "Penglai fairyland".

Taihu Fairy Island displays ancient Taoist culture and mythology. It is divided into Dongtianfudi and tianduxianfu scenic spots, including Huixian bridge, which is simple and dignified and connected with pavilions and corridors. Xiya mountain, which is north of Huixian bridge, is a tourist area of Dongtianfudi. There are carved archways of Taihu Fairy Island and white jade relief wall of "Jade Emperor's return to heaven". There are Huaguo Mountain, shuilian cave and performing field specially for monkeys to inhabit and perform monkey art. They are also decorated with "monkey born", "Qi Tian Da Sheng Ya Qi" and "Huaguo Mountain stone tablet" to reproduce the scenes in the famous classical novel Journey to the West. The main peak is tianduxianfu, with Tianmen Tianjie, tianduxianfu, Yaowang, Wenwang, Caishen hall, lingxiaobao Pavilion, pantaoyaochi, Yuelao temple, Taiyi temple, etc. There are many shops in Tianjie, which are antique. Peach shaped, pomegranate shaped, gourd shaped carved doors and windows, exquisite and colorful, like fairyland.

The main building of tianduxianfu covers an area of 1320 square meters. The main building has three floors and five eaves, and the top of Xieshan mountain is 22 meters high. It is equipped with Wenchang, Guandi and Mazu temples, and there are 60 flower galleries on both sides. LingXiao palace, with seven stories and four corners, is 38 meters high and has a jade emperor statue. Dajue Bay, immortal cave, a collection of Chinese Buddhist and Taoist grotto art. There are also many other scenic spots, such as sacrificial platform, Yuelao temple, Yuanyang Pavilion, etc.

The three mountains are unique in isolation, and win by being small. If the green snail is placed in the jade plate, the forest is verdant, the mountain path is deep, and the landscape is broad. According to the poem Taihu Lake in Wen Zhengming's stele, the island is in a mirror, and the wet silver plate is purple with hibiscus.

Take a cruise ship to Yuantouzhu wharf, and return to the last boat at 17:55. The last boat returns to the tourist center, and there is an air-conditioned bus to the ticket office, only one way. But you can take a taxi to Meiyuan. The starting price is 10 yuan. Then there are many buses in Meiyuan to downtown
