Taohuawu scenic spot is located in Shangyuan Township in the east of Changping County, at the junction of Changping, Shunyi and Huairou counties, 40 kilometers away from the capital. With taoyukou reservoir as the center, the scenic spot is adjacent to the magnificent Yanshan Mountains in the north and Jingmi diversion canal highway in the south.

1. Take the train from Beijing to Huairou at Xizhimen railway station, get off at Xingshou station and go east for 3 li. The train leaves at 9:00 a.m. and returns at 18:00 p.m

2. Take bus 916 to Huairou at Dongzhimen coach station and get off at Xingshou station
