Hongkun Art Museum

Hongkun art museum is a private art museum invested and established by Hongkun group. It is located in courtyard 42, xidawang Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, covering an area of 800 square meters. It is specialized in modern and contemporary art exhibition, collection research, promotion and exchange. It is a strategic extension project of Hongkun group in the field of culture and art.

brief introduction

So far, Hongkun Art Museum has collected more than 100 works of art, including works of modernist masters such as Lin Fengmian, Xu Beihong, Zhao Wuji, Wu Guanzhong and Jin Shangyi, as well as classic works of contemporary artists such as Liu Xiaodong, Zeng Fanzhi, Liu Wei, Fang Lijun and Liu Ye. Hongkun art museum also continues to pay attention to the new forces of Chinese contemporary art, with exhibition space, multimedia exhibition hall, boutique exhibition hall and collector's club as its core. Art Gallery is an art organization with gallery and club as one operation mode. It integrates art exhibition, exchange and research, and fine art exhibition. It aims to become a new comprehensive exchange platform for modern and contemporary art.

Hongkun art museum will have a forward-looking vision and open attitude, gather all aspects of social cultural and art resources, promote and establish exchanges and cooperation with art institutions, artists, curators and collectors at home and abroad, and promote the development of Chinese modern and contemporary art.

Introduction to collection works

Baolian lamp

Lin Fengmian | paper color ink | 66.5 × 66.5cm | 1957

The original complex costumes are simplified into simple colors. The foreground three Notre dames are dressed in blue and draped in light gauze. The white powder with dry brush is used to rub the dynamic sleeves to show their dancing style. The overlapping arcs are pushed forward layer by layer, as if to break the ever-changing stage performance into continuous actions. The concept of "the extension of time" is embodied in the static plane painting, and the picture is more natural than the Western Cubism art, which is more in line with people's visual illusion.

Female body

Women's body is a work of 1990. It has no background, and the free and powerful sideline makes the picture simple and smooth. The color feeling given by the warm and smooth light to the human skin is expressed delicately and peacefully, forming a kind of pure and noble beauty, reflecting the praise of people's own value, which is consistent with his artistic pursuit of ideal beauty in portrait painting. Jin Shangyi himself was also very satisfied with this work. He participated in the "oil painting and sculpture exhibition of China Central Academy of fine arts" held in Singapore that year, and then was collected by Singapore collectors.

Peak

The pure and highly contrasting colors in the peak make the picture full of air rhythm, clear and fresh. The extreme blue sky makes the lemon yellow mountain jump in the picture, jumping without abruptness, just like a reflection of the pure blue lake. The pure and natural delicacy of the painting is as attractive as the name "peak". Everyone is looking forward to breathing the air of this fairyland in the world, hoping to reach the peak and see the dim and small mountains. However, the hard rocks, irregular edges and steep mountains indicate a certain risk.

Bad boy

The avant-garde hairstyle and tight facial expression show his stubborn character. The shadow depiction on his face shows a little rebellious and depressed. The whole image of the characters is divorced from the dignified and idealized aesthetic taste of the traditional portrait, but has a sense of reality, reflecting the confusion and expectation of people in the period of social transformation.

In this work, a medieval castle stands silently in the desert, and the abstract human body in oracle bone inscriptions has begun to appear. The center of the castle is like a cobweb, like a mirage in the desert, magnificent and mysterious.

Miffy

Liu Ye | oil on canvas | 80 × 100cm | 2010

Miffy is the work of Dutch painter Dick Bruner. Like Netherland's painting, it is composed of straight lines, especially concise. Miffy's whole body design is also very dull, unable to move and almost always upright. Liu Ye said that Miffy's eyes are as "inexplicable" as the characters in the painting of Netherland. He was deeply moved by this kind of eyes, and their meeting just made Liu Ye see and feel himself to some extent.

Diaphoresis

Instead of winning by plot, these paintings are good at depicting characters and environment and unifying atmosphere.

Chairman Mao made a speech at Hongda

"Red University", namely the University of the Red Army of China's workers and peasants, was officially established in Wayaobao, Northern Shaanxi in 1936 to train and train military, political and professional cadres for the Red Army. Mao Zedong attached great importance to the University. He also served as the political commissar of the University. Mao Zedong tried his best to participate in the important activities of the University, such as the opening ceremony and graduation ceremony. The painter used realistic techniques to depict Hongda's hard learning environment and the attentive expression of the soldiers. Railway workers
