"April 8" is mainly steamed rice, buy meat sacrifice ancestors. Generally, chemical dyes are not used to dye rice, mainly including rice flower, laver, maple leaf, etc.; rice flower is a kind of gray arbor flower with dark yellow soup and fragrant smell; laver is a kind of tender branches and leaves of herbs used for dyeing rice for many years, which is roasted on the fire and soaked in water after rubbing; Maple Leaf should be purple Fragrant leaves, mashed and soaked in water, filtered to remove the residue, the color is purplish red. The glutinous rice dyed with these dyes has strong aroma after steaming, and has certain medicinal value.
