Dalian Minghu ski resort and Minghu international ski resort is located at the exit of Shenda Expressway in Paotai town of Wafangdian, 55 km away from Dalian and 45 km away from the development zone. It is a tourist resort integrating skiing, skating, catering and accommodation.

Minghu ski resort adopts the world's first brand of French Fischer's snowboard and equipment. The two towing cableways, 640 meter long aerial cableway and one 100 meter long automatic climbing ladder in the ski resort adopt the most advanced equipment in the world. The automatic walking ladder is imported from Austria. The snow field adopts the "super snow God" gun type snow making machine of the United States, and uses the natural lake water to make snow. Because the lake water is pure, the equipment is advanced, and the atomization effect is good, the snow produced is of good quality and not suitable for melting. In order to highlight the theme of fairy tale snow country, the snow park also opened a 40000 square meter snow playground with snow circle, horse sledge, snowmobiles and other snow entertainment facilities.
