Qingdao Forest Park was opened to the public on October 1, 1997, and the second phase of construction was carried out in 1998, expanding the park area and adding new projects. The expanded Forest Park covers an area of more than 100 mu. It is a large-scale outdoor forest park integrating leisure, fitness and entertainment in the urban area of Qingdao.
