Development history

Qushui Pavilion and Qushui Pavilion Street used to be a gathering place for literati, where literati played chess, chatted and tasted tea. Liubei pool is the pool of Wang Fu. The water flows from the north to the East, which is called Qushui river. On this day, people go to the water to wash in order to eliminate the ominous, which is called "Xiuyi". After "Xiuyi" was finished, the banquet opened, and the literati began the grand gathering of poetry and wine. Fill the cup with wine and put it on a tray. Then put the tray on the water surface of the Liubei pool and let it float down the stream. When the tray floats to the corner, it often stops. In this place, Lu Dahuang, the director of the provincial library and the first Puxue expert to compile the complete works of Liaozhai, often works day and night, almost exhausting his whole life to sort out the complete works of Liaozhai and the chronicle of Mr. Pu Liuquan.
