Development and construction
The predecessor of liuzhangjiashan Forest Park is liuzhangjiashan forest farm, which was founded in 1956. In the 1950s, it was a state-owned forest farm dominated by management and protection; in the early 1960s, it was changed to a provincial local forest farm, with three production teams of citrus orchard, shangsong and xiasong under its management; in the middle and late 1960s, the management changed from management and protection to the combination of harvesting and breeding, with great efforts in afforestation; in the early 1970s, citrus orchard and shangxiasong were divided into two working areas, with the combination of collective and state-owned; in the early 1980s, it was re established On July 8, 1993, the provincial liuzhangjiashan Forest Park was established with the approval of Guangdong Provincial Forestry Department.
After years of continuous development, forestry production and diversified management have formed a certain scale, and the development of eco-tourism has begun to take shape, which has a good development prospect. It plays a very important role in the development and protection of forest resources, and giving full play to the "three benefits" of forest.
