Yimin Temple
Taoist temples. 43 xialiaoli, Xinpu Town, Hsinchu County, Taiwan Province. According to Taiwan Temple grand view, it was founded in 1788 (the 53rd year of Qianlong's reign) and 1895 (the 21st year of Guangxu's reign) of the Qing Dynasty. It was destroyed by Japanese soldiers and rebuilt in 1899 (the 25th year of Guangxu's reign).

It took five years to complete. Later, the temple became old due to disrepair. In August 1964, the temple was started to be repaired and completed in December 1971. The temple took on a new look. In the front, there is a ZhuWa pailou with white pillars and two generals, green dragon and white tiger. In the front, there is a Xiyu Pavilion. On both sides, there is a second floor of bells and drums. The main building is Baozhong Pavilion, which is dedicated to yiminye, Shennong, Guanyin and fuzhengshen. In the back, there is a garden with rockery, clear water, green flowers and green cages, which is decorated with pavilions and pavilions. There are 18 scenic spots, such as poetry and painting, flower shade corridor. It is the ancestral temple of many Yimin temples in Taiwan. It is the temple with the most incense and believers.
