Longxing Palace

Longxing palace, also known as Taishan palace, is located 20 kilometers away from the township and 50 kilometers away from Youxi County. The original site is Liyushan, huakou village, which was destroyed during the cultural revolution. Later, inspired by the spirit of cultural relics protection, the old people chose shuiweitong miantou in huakou village for reconstruction. This move received the full support and generous donations from people from all walks of life. It was started in February of the lunar calendar in 1988, and completed in July of the next year. It was renamed Longxing palace again. After completion, it will be opened, eyelit, saluted and tranquilized on the second day of the fifth lunar month in 1990.

Introduction to Longxing Palace

Longxing palace faces south. The whole palace covers an area of about 1200 square meters. It is composed of main hall, Guanyin hall, dormitory building and dining hall. Construction style, magnificent, cornice painting, solemn momentum. The palace is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with beautiful scenery and quiet environment. Panlong protects the temple. The main hall of Longxing palace is dedicated to Taishan, Taiwei, Taibao, magistrate, jieshuai, Shanli, Kalan Bodhisattva and Wuyin land. As well as the side hall for Guanyin Bodhisattva, Zhang gongshengjun, Mingshan Shengwang, Wugu Zhenxian, Lu gongzushi, and other gods. Every year on the 27th day of July of the lunar calendar, it is the birthday festival of the king of Mount Tai. The surrounding villagers gather together, offering abundant offerings, blue smoke, bright candles, and lively.

Around the temple, there are ten sceneries: panlongpingzhang, sishuichaotang, lingguibaoxi, hubaizunwang, yitanyuejing, Qianqing granary, Jianggong fishing, Yuyue gate wall, hanging curtain, haze.

Over the years, all the faithful men and women have come here to worship incense, worship Buddha, offer sacrifices and make vows, and the literati and common people have been drinking tea, chatting and reciting poems here. Longxing palace is a popular place for local people to worship gods and for tourism and leisure.

Meaning of place names

The ancestors of Ke family moved from shecuo village in yinjieshan. At that time, "Longxing Palace" was built in shecuo, which believed in the goddess. Therefore, it is called "Longxing Palace" and dedicated to "emperor Xianfei".

Historical evolution

Jieshan Longxing palace has been adhering to the party's religious policy for many years.
