The 4th Guangxi (Beihai) horticultural exposition opened in Beihai, Guangxi on May 10. The Expo site is located in the north of Yintan Avenue and the east of Nanzhu Avenue in Beihai, adjacent to the famous Yintan scenic spot and coastal wetland park. The Expo includes three parks, one main park and two auxiliary parks, with a total land area of 298 hectares. Among them, the core exhibition area of the park Expo covers 75.7 hectares, the constructed wetland covers 116.3 hectares, and the National Coastal Wetland Park covers 106.5 hectares, with a total investment of 600 million yuan. It's about 25 minutes' drive from the airport, and only 15 minutes' drive from Nanzhu station and railway station. In the future, it will become the green heart of Beihai City and an important public green open space.. The theme of the Expo is "Huahai Silk Road, Green Pearl City". It is the first time that the Expo was held in a coastal city of Guangxi. The landscape construction of the Expo is characterized by Shanghai's foreign culture, with the layout of "one axis, three rings", "two land and water Tours", "three sea echoes", "two towers in the distance" and "sailing", The main entrance of the park is the "Huahai Silk Road", which is the main axis of the landscape. Along the main axis, there are three circular landscape areas, namely "Tongfeng Yingbin", "Beihai impression" and "Shengshi pilot". They represent three times of opening-up in the history of the city, which means from the beginning of the maritime Silk Road in the Han Dynasty to the intersection of Chinese and Western cultures in modern trade, and then to the era of modern reform and opening-up Color. Project planning

The core exhibition area of Beihai Park Expo covers an area of 75.7 hectares, the constructed wetland covers an area of 116.3 hectares, and the National Coastal Wetland Park covers an area of 106.5 hectares. The construction started on July 18, 2013, and was completed and opened in early May 2014. The whole park will build "one corridor and eight zones", of which "one corridor" is waterfront green corridor; "eight zones" are Mangrove Wetland Park, National Coastal Wetland Park, Garden Expo, Luohan Guancang (Luohan pine planting base), lvyeyiqing (field sports and leisure area), Cuiyuan Liufang (first botanical Garden), Qianmo Yingxiu (Ecological Agriculture Park), baiguopiaoxiang (tropical fruit garden) Planting base).

Beihai Garden Expo will create a "one heart, one belt, one axis, six districts and six spots" landscape. Among them, "one heart" is Beizhu square, which is also the central square and core scenic spot of the park. It shows the coastal city with distinctive culture by the abstract design of shell and pearl; "one belt" is the ecological wetland landscape formed by the intersection of artificial ecological wetland and National Coastal Wetland Park, which highlights the characteristics of coastal garden city.

Beihai Garden Expo will build a comprehensive and permanent urban park integrating garden art exhibition, citizens' leisure and entertainment, and tourists' sightseeing and vacation. Behind the scenes, the outdoor exhibition area is reserved as a permanent park green space, and the main hall is used as a large-scale cultural activity venue. In order to facilitate the parking of tourists, two parking lots will be built around the park.
