history
The historical "100 year old house" was built by Korean immigrant businessman Pu Rugen in 1880 and completed in September 1883, which lasted for three years. The house is built of civil and tile structure, without a nail. The tools used are original big, small and axe. The timber used is high-quality logs from Changbai Mountain, which are transported to this place along Tumen River by rafts, and the tiles are transported to this place by boat from Korea on the other side. The clean green tile ridges, the towering roof ridges and the snow-white walls give people a fresh, comfortable and neat aesthetic feeling. The owner of the 100 year old house has lived here for more than 50 years. He is a family of five. He has two men and one woman. The backyard of the house is occupied by his daughter, and the house has lasted for more than 90 years. The boy is twins, and one of them is an official with a knife at that time. After liberation, the housing director moved to Japan, and the house remained vacant for a period of time. Later, the government assigned five poor families to live in. The son and grandson of the former homeowner are in Korea. This period is recorded in Tumen Museum.
