Shengen temple is located in Xiangtang village, cuicun Town, Changping District, Beijing. Shengen Temple used to be called the West Temple. The former site is in the west of today's Xiangtang Village (in Taiwei Golf Course). There is a well as a witness. The names of the mountains recorded in historical records can now be corresponded one by one.
According to the record: "Saint grace temple is in Cui Village of Changping. In the fourth year of Ming Dynasty, the temple stele was built, Liu Shengzhuan, editor of Hanlin academy, Zhao angshu, founder of Zhongshu, and the stone was built in the third year of Jingtai. Shengen temple is located at the foot of beibaofeng, cuicun village, Changping city. It is surrounded by four mountains, reaching dadushan in the East, nan'apo in the south, fishing slope in the West and jiangjuntuo in the north. Yu Lin, the eunuch of Changling temple, has four deaths in his nineties. Ruan Bao, the eunuch of Changling temple, began to manage and build the Imperial Palace in October of the third year of Zhengtong with his money, and will be completed in November of next year.
