Qinglan bridge is a cross sea passage connecting Qinglan town and Dongjiao town in Wenchang City, Hainan Province, China. It is located above Qinglan Bay and is a fast tourism passage connecting Haikou and the east coast.

Qinglan bridge starts from binwan road in the west, crosses Qinglan Bay in the upper, and ends at Dongjiao town in the East. The total length of the line is 1828 meters, and the main bridge is 548.4 meters long. The bridge deck is a two-way six lane urban expressway with a design speed of 80 km / h.

Bridge location
Qinglan bridge is located in the southeast corner of Wenchang City, connecting Qinglan town and Dongjiao town along the east-west direction. The bridge starts from binwan road in the west, crosses Qinglan Bay and ends at Dongjiao town in the East. It passes through Hangtian Avenue, Wenqing Avenue and wenqiong Expressway in the west, and Donghang road in Wenchang City in the East.

Technical problems
In the manufacturing process of Qinglan bridge steel beam, the following problems are encountered:
1. The thickness of the top plate of the steel main beam is 20 mm, the thickness of the web plate is 28 mm, and the thickness of the bottom plate is 32 to 60 mm. Penetration welding is adopted between the top plate and the web plate. The welding quality is required to be high, the welding operation is difficult, the welding deformation is large, and the assembly size is difficult to control. 2. The main girder anchor box and the main girder web are welded by penetration welding, so the operation space is small and difficult, the welding deformation is not easy to solute, and the space geometric position of the anchor box is difficult to guarantee. 3. The steel anchor beam and steel corbel are all made of thick steel plate, and the main welding seam requires penetration, so the welding is difficult and the welding deformation is large. 4. The main beam, cross beam and small longitudinal beam are all connected by high-strength bolts, the connection relationship is complex, and the drilling accuracy is very high. 5. The beam is 700mm wide and 29000mm long, so it is difficult to control the camber and side bending of slender steel parts. 6. Qinglan bridge is required to be hoisted in whole section with large outline size, which makes hoisting and transportation difficult.

Food District
In October 2017, according to the planning idea of "one corridor, four districts and multi theme nodes", Wenchang City will build four food areas through the "two bridges and one road" traffic corridor to create different types of multi theme food. Among them, "two bridges and one road" includes Qinglan bridge.
