Baoshan National Mine Park

Chenzhou Baoshan industrial and mining tourism area, namely Baoshan National Mine Park, is the first national 4A industrial and mining tourism area in central and southern China based on the real industrial and mining site. The theme of the scenic spot is industrial and mining cultural experience, with underground ancient and modern mining process sightseeing and interactive leisure and entertainment as the main contents. It shows the characteristics of Chenzhou as the "hometown of nonferrous metals", becoming "China's most magical treasure Exploration Tour" and "China's Millennium mining history textbook". Tourists can not only visit the mining forms over the past thousand years, but also fully experience the huge scenes of hanging stones on the top of the mine, earth and sky collapses, ore pouring and water overflowing the mine, presenting the heavy history of Baoshan copper mine to the guests of all directions without reservation.

Chenzhou Baoshan industrial and mining scenic spot: Baoshan industrial and mining is located in Guiyang County in the west of Chenzhou, covering an area of about 7.8 square kilometers. With underground mining caves as the core, the tourist area is divided into seven areas: Reception Center, mine customs Park, dressing and Metallurgy Technology visit area, open-pit mining area, cooking and Mining Park, Zilong training camp area, mining and metallurgy Expo Park and underground exploration area. There are mine park museum, copper coin square and 3D movie. In the mine, visitors can see the restored operation scene, daily operation tools and instruments of miners, unearthed samples of mineral resources and rich and magical geological wonders, which are thrilling and entertaining.

Baoshan National Mine Park

Baoshan National Mine Park, located in Guiyang County, Chenzhou, Hunan Province, is a special mine park.

Park Information

On May 5, 2016, the world's largest "copper coin" sculpture appeared in Baoshan National Mine Park, Guiyang County, Chenzhou, Hunan Province. The sculpture is 27 meters high, 3.8 meters thick, round on the outside and square on the inside. The characters "Kaiyuan Tongbao" and "Gui" are written on the front and back respectively. It is the largest copper coin sculpture in the world so far and has been selected into the Guinness Book of records.

Traffic information: bus route:

1. Take a plane to Changsha Huanghua International Airport, take a bus to Changsha South Railway Station, take Wuhan Guangzhou high speed railway 75 minutes to Chenzhou west station, and take a bus 30 minutes to the scenic spot.

2. Take a bus to Changsha railway station, you can choose to take the train to Chenzhou railway station, change to Chengui express bus, 101 intercity bus and other special buses to get to the scenic spot directly; or take a bus to Chenzhou at Changsha Zhutan bus station opposite Changsha railway station, and then take another 30 minutes to get to the scenic spot.

3. Take a plane to Baiyun International Airport, take a bus to Guangzhou Southeast railway station, take Wuhan Guangzhou high speed railway 85 minutes to Chenzhou west station, and take a bus 30 minutes to the scenic spot.

Self driving route:

1. Changsha direction: Yuelin expressway, leave from Liufeng / Xintian / s323 / S214 exit, and drive along s323 → S214 → Cailun North Road → Longtan West Road → x070.

2. Chenzhou direction: drive along Chenzhou Avenue → Xiangyang Road → Furong Road → x070.

3. Guangzhou direction: Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway → Xiamen Chengdu expressway, leave from Guiyang / Linwu / S214 exit, and drive along S214 → Guijia highway → Mengquan road.
