In the area of less than one square kilometer in Cangshan District of Fuzhou, 17 countries have set up consulates successively: Britain, the United States, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Russia, Japan, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, Italy and Mexico.
