King of Peaks

Dawang peak is the first peak to enter Wuyi Mountain. The peak is towering with ancient trees, and the South Cliff is precipitous. There is only a narrow passage on the south wall for climbing to the peak. This is a straight up and down crack. The higher the crack, the narrower it is. In some places, visitors need to shrink their abdomen and use their hands and feet together. From the left to the top, you can see the tongtiantai. Climb up a few more steps to the summit of Dawang peak.

If you take a Jiuqu bamboo raft to drift through a song, you will meet Dawang peak, which is majestic and towering in the north of the stream. It is shaped like a pillar of heaven. Because it has the respect of the king, it is named Dawang peak. Because it is opposite to the Yunv peak in Erqu, the folk story of "Dawang and Yunv fall in love across the stream" is derived.

Dawang peak in Fujian Province, also known as shamaoyan peak and Tianzhu peak, is located on the west side of Wannian palace and crosses Jiuqu Xikou. It is the first peak to enter Wuyi Mountain. At 530 meters above sea level, it is rich in the upper part and astringent in the lower part. From a distance, it looks like a giant pillar of heaven. Among the 36 peaks of Wuyi, it is known as the "king of immortal valleys". There are tianjianchi, toulongdong, xianheyan and shengzhenguan sites at the top of the mountain. Cultural connotation

At the top of the mountain is the Yunping mountain house built by Pan family in the South Gate of Chong'an in 1900. This pan's yunpingshan house also published the representative work "complete works of Pingshan" by Liu Zihui of song University at that time. The three generations of Pan's ancestors and grandchildren were keen on local education. They compiled historical records and published a large number of books on dawangfeng. It can be called a small publishing house.

Dawang peak is flat and broad, with towering ancient trees and leaves everywhere. There is Shengzhen cave between the rocks on the east wall. In the cave, there is a hongqiaoban across the sky. The ship coffin is on it. It has been immortal for thousands of years, and no one can take it. On the top of the mountain, there is an unfathomable rock, about one meter wide. When you look down at it, you can see that it's dark and it's filled with stones. The sound is like thunder, and you can rest for a moment.

It is said that this is the place where the Song Dynasty sent envoys repeatedly to send "golden dragon jade slips", so it is called "toulong cave".

Standing on the top of the peak, overlooking the Wuyi Mountains, clear water, picturesque, refreshing.
