Jinggang Lake

--Jinggang lake is the impoundment area of JINGGANGCHONG hydropower station, which started construction in 1989. The total impoundment is more than 20 million cubic meters, and the deepest water level is more than 80 meters. It is an artificial lake integrating water supply, power generation and sightseeing.

--Around the lake, the trees are thick and shady. The lake is shimmering and the boat is dotted. Visitors can take the yacht to watch the canyon streams, waterfalls and rocks, and also see the rich landscape of animals and plants.

Jinggang Lake

Jinggang lake is a man-made lake built by blocking the river. It is a double curvature arch dam made of block stone and mortar, with a height of 92 meters. It is called the Guinness Book of records of China. The lake covers 620000 square meters and contains 18.7 million cubic meters of water.

From the South Lake on board, through the lake, boating through the forest, you can sail to the West Lake and North Lake, a total length of 5.3 km. Around the whole lake, there are dense layers of trees, which are deeply rooted and covered with thick shade. The gorge in Hubei is 2500 meters long. It forms a huge shoulder pole, which is called "shoulder pole cliff". At the top of the cliff, there are some strange peaks and rocks, dotted with Taiwan pine trees, surrounded by green clouds, graceful, just like a Chinese painting with the title of heaven.
