Guangdong Tianjingshan National Forest Park is located in the south of Wuling branch of Nanling Mountain. It is one of the forest parks with the largest area of virgin forest in Guangdong Province. It is known as "Xishuangbanna of Guangdong". On the main peak of Tianjing mountain, the third peak of Guangdong Province, which is the highest peak of the park, there is a small natural lake, which is similar to Tianjing. Tianjingshan National Forest Park is located in the northwest of Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County, Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province. Among them, there are 206 species belonging to 115 genera and 53 families of bryophytes, 211 species belonging to 100 genera and 43 families of pteridophytes, 32 species belonging to 22 genera and 9 families of gymnosperms, and 2329 species belonging to 824 genera and 164 families of angiosperms, accounting for 36% of the total 7055 species of wild vascular plants identified in Guangdong Province. Among them, Metasequoia glyptostroboides, boleshu, Alsophila spinulosa, which is known as the living fossil of plants and the same age of dinosaurs, belong to the first-class national protection, and hongqiqi, shanlitchi, Guangdong pine, etc. belong to the second-class national protection.

Animal resources

Tianjingshan is also a representative area with high animal density in Guangdong Province. According to the preliminary investigation, there are 86 species of terrestrial mammals in 58 genera, 25 families, 8 orders, 33 species of amphibians in 19 genera, 7 families, 2 orders, 74 species of reptiles, 217 species of birds, 33 species of fish and more than 1100 species of insects. Among them, there are more than 20 species of rare animals under national protection, such as black bear, clouded leopard, water deer, civet, pangolin, macaque, Python and Silver Pheasant. Ecological corridor Scenic Area

The ecological corridor scenic area is located in the ecological ditch forest science popularization area in the west of Tianjingshan Forest Park, 2 km away from the park management office. It is composed of Tongluo waterfall, ecological waterfall group, Alsophila spinulosa, forest ecological popular science education path and geological wonder leopard stone. It is the main place to carry out forest ecological popular science education and forest bath. The ecological corridor scenic area is 300-600 meters above sea level, and the whole journey is about 2500 meters. The climate is warm and humid, and the air is fresh. The air anion content in the ecological ditch is up to 41600 / cubic centimeter. Regulated by the subtropical broad-leaved forest in Nanling, the annual temperature is 17-20 ℃, and the summer temperature is 5-12 ℃ lower than that in Shaoguan. The ecological ditch extends thousands of meters and has more than 20 waterfalls.

Guangdong roof scenic spot

The roof scenic spot in Guangdong Province is the most concentrated and representative area of primitive forest, mountain dwarf forest and Chinese wonder Rhododendron Yunjin. Located on the side of the main peak of Tianjing mountain (1705 meters above sea level, the third highest peak in Guangdong) and at an altitude of 1640 meters, Tianjing is not dry all the year round. Gangyangshi adventure scenic spot is located in the natural landscape area of Dading mountain in the park, at the junction of Qingyuan and Chengjia. It starts from the management service area of the park center and takes about half an hour by car. The scenic spot is composed of primeval forest, mountain top dwarf forest, wild Pinus kwangtungensis community, cloud sea sunrise and strange rocks.

In the scenic spot, there are some stone egg landform geological relics such as gangyang stone, turtle stone and stone city, as well as some scenic spots such as high mountain caves and ancient roads of Qin and Han Dynasties. The altitude of the whole tourist route is more than 1400 meters, which is the highest adventure tourist route in Guangdong.

East area Xijing Ancient Road Leisure Area

Xijing ancient road leisure area is located in the east part of the park. The area is less than 6 km away from Ruyuan County, adjacent to nanshai lake, the third largest reservoir in Guangdong Province in the East, and close to the county and Beijing Zhuhai expressway. It has Swallow Cave, Qin and Han ancient road, a small amount of hot spring resources and forest landscape resources such as Taxus forest.

Baxiandong natural forest landscape area

Baxiandong natural forest landscape area (under planning) is rich in wild animal and plant resources, distributed with primeval forest and natural secondary forest, distributed with mountain shrub community dominated by Rhododendron yunjinense, distributed with Bole tree, a national second-class protected plant, which is the foraging and habitat of Tibetan chieftain monkey, and has hejiangkou Reservoir Resources.

Tianqunxianyou Valley is located in Dadingshan natural landscape area in the west of the park, 17km away from the forest farm. It is composed of Tianpu, Baimi waterfall, Guifei pool, high mountain beach, natural secondary broad-leaved forest, etc.
