Hezhou hot spring

Hezhou hot spring is located in Luhua village, Huangtian Town, Hezhou City, Guangxi Province. It is 300km away from Guangzhou, 230km away from Guilin, 20km away from Hezhou City, 9km away from Guposhan National Forest Park and 2km away from yushilin. It is one of the main scenic spots in Hezhou and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guilin Tourism Co., Ltd. It is surrounded by green hills, waterfalls, streams and forests. It is rich in underground hot spring resources and is a famous tourist and leisure resort in Southeast Guangxi.

1、 Log house courtyard

Located in the hot spring area, the house is a Japanese double bed, with a soup pool with independent water supply. The courtyard is divided into two types: large pool (7 square meters, 6 seats) and small pool (4 square meters, 3 seats).

2、 Villa

Located on the hillside more than 100 meters away from the hot spring area, there are five double rooms, one suite room and one single room. There is a 30 square meter living room on the first floor, which is especially suitable for the gathering of relatives and friends.

3、 Hot spring Banshan Hotel

Guangzhou → Sanshui → Sihui → Guangning → HUAIJI → Xindu (Guangxi) → Hezhou (Guangxi)

Hezhou hot spring bus route:

Hezhou hot spring tourist bus is provided by Hezhou Yisheng bus company. It goes from Hezhou (eight steps) to Hezhou hot spring scenic spot and passes through Huangtian town Xincun Hezhou hot spring every 20 minutes. The first one is 6:00 and the last one is 17:30. Ticket price (RMB): 2.50 yuan / person

Take a taxi in front of Hezhou bus station for about 30 minutes, 20-30 yuan. Hot spring 9:00, 15:00, 17:00 bus to the city, the fare is 3 yuan, if not, ask the ticket office to help call a taxi, 35 yuan back to the city.

Safety tips

1. Patients with high blood pressure and heart disease can take hot spring under the premise of regular medication, but each time is limited to no more than 20 minutes. When you get up, you should be cautious and slow to avoid falling down due to dizziness caused by vasodilation and blood pressure drop.

2. Some patients with skin diseases are not suitable for hot spring. It is widely said that hot spring has the effect of beautifying skin. However, for those suffering from itching, eczema and atopic dermatitis in winter, if they soak in hot water for too long, the symptoms will worsen due to accelerating the evaporation of skin moisture and damaging the skin protective layer.

3. Not for pregnant women. Studies have confirmed that "high fever" has teratogenic effect.

4. After soaking in hot spring, the water of human body evaporates rapidly, so we need to drink water to supplement.

5. When soaking in hot springs, remember to close your eyes and take a few deep breaths slowly in a meditative mood, so that you can really release your physical and mental pressure.
