Zhengjue villa is located in the qinglonggeng area of Shiling street, Longquanyi District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. Zhengjue mountain villa is close to the tombs of Ming and Shu kings. If you enter the Museum of Ming and Shu kings' Mausoleum from chengluo Avenue, you have to pass Zhengjue mountain villa.

From the east gate of Chengdu, along chengluo avenue to the way out of the city, passing qinglonggeng, Shiling street, Longquanyi District (opposite the main gate of Chengdu University), you can see more than ten tombs of Ming Dynasty Prince Shu fan Wang family, forming a famous mausoleum site similar to Beijing's Ming Tombs. Among them, the tombs centered on the mausoleum of King Fu and King Zhao on Zhengjue mountain have been excavated. The underground palace of King Fu's mausoleum is known as "the most exquisite underground palace in ancient Chinese emperors' mausoleums" by national cultural relics experts, and belongs to the fourth batch of key cultural relics protection units in the province.

Zhengjue villa has a broad view, with the center of Chengdu in the west, Longquan mountains and Luodai Ancient Town in the East. It is the highest hill in the main urban area of Chengdu. It welcomes the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening, with fresh air and pleasant environment.
