Xikou
Fenghua District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, under the jurisdiction of the town, the first batch of national landscape tourism towns. Xikou Xuedou mountain scenic spot is one of the first batch of national AAAAA scenic spots. It is located 20 kilometers southwest of Ningbo City, close to Wuling in the East, Shanxi in the south, Xuedou mountain in the north and surrounded by water. With a total viewing area of 140 square kilometers, the main scenic spots are Xuedou mountain and Jiang's former residence. Xikou town was the birthplace of Chiang Kai Shek and the hometown of his father and son. During the period of the Republic of China, it once became the command center of the national government.
history
According to the records of Fenghua County by Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty, as early as the Zhenyuan period of the Tang Dynasty (794), "fan Ze, the right Prime Minister of the Tang Dynasty, became an official, and his descendants lived here." Fan Ze is the ancestor of the fan surname in Shati village, Xikou town. Fan Liangzhong, the censor of supervision, abandoned his official position and returned to Li because of his disagreement with Wang Anshi and lived in seclusion in Shati village of Xikou. To song Jingde five years (1006) Xikou village. According to the statistics during the reign of song Baoqing, there are nearly 8000 people. Wei Qi, the Prime Minister of the Southern Song Dynasty, was appointed as an envoy to the state of Jin under the orders of emperor Xiaozong. He lived up to his mission and became an important official at that time. He died in 1184. He was born in Shouxian County, Anhui Province, but he chose feifeng mountain in Xikou for burial. It can be seen that Xikou was well-known in other places in the Song Dynasty. In Fenghua county annals of Guangxu County revised in 1902, Xikou has been listed as a town, which is the earliest record of Xikou as a town.
Since then, Xikou has been called a town for many times. In 1919, Xikou became an administrative town. During the period of the Republic of China and after the founding of new China, Xikou has been called a town since 1951.
There have been several major events in Xikou in modern history. In November of the tenth year of Xianfeng in the Qing Dynasty (1861), general fan ruzeng of the Taiping Army led tens of thousands of soldiers to enter Shengxian. More than 400 peasants from Liuzhao, Bizhu and Sanshi responded by conquering the county on November 26 and establishing the peasant power on December 9. Affected by the war, Xikou business was once depressed, and Yutai salt shop was once closed.
On April 23, 1941, the Japanese invaders occupied the county seat and Xikou. On April 26, the "Fenghua maintenance Council" of the Japanese puppet regime was established, and fenghaofangzhan was the headquarters of the Japanese army. When the Japanese invaders led their troops into Xikou, they saw that there was no one in the town. They destroyed all the water tanks, cooking stoves and folk goods. Later, the town was surrounded by barbed wire netting, forcing pedestrians only to enter and leave from wulingmen and zangshan bridge. After passing the sentry, they were forced to bow. They also limited the time for women to wash in Shanxi. If they did not comply, they were beaten or shot. In August 1945, the Japanese surrendered and withdrew from Xikou on the 18th. In November of that year, according to the No. 83 petition of Xikou Town Office, 217 people were killed and 73 people were arrested and missing in 1576 days after the fall of Xikou. 223 detailed houses, 1990 buildings and 1172 flat houses were completely destroyed, 15000 Jin of grain, more than 2000 boxes of tea, and a large number of cattle, pigs, chickens and soft objects were robbed. 4899 trees and 1.5 million bamboos were cut down, and bus stations, hospitals and parks were seriously damaged.
On May 24, 1949, the 61st division of the 21st army of the seventh corps of the third field army of the Chinese people's Liberation Army entered Xikou and Xikou was liberated. Mao Zedong instructed that "during the liberation of Fenghua, we should warn the troops not to destroy Chiang Kai Shek's houses, ancestral halls and other buildings." In 1959, Zhang Shizhao, a famous patriot and Democrat, said in his letter to his friends in Taiwan, "the tomb of Fenghua is still there, and the flowers and plants in Xikou are all right." Premier Zhou Enlai also added four words at the end of the letter: "Taiwan, Pengzhou, golden horse, lips and teeth depend on each other, looking at the southern sky from afar, all hope to cherish it." It shows that Xikou historical relics have been protected and played a good role in Taiwan work.
During the "Cultural Revolution", under the influence of the "left" trend of thought and anarchism, Xikou's historical relics were destroyed.
On March 10, 2010, the first batch of "national characteristic landscape tourism town (Village) demonstration list" in China, Xikou town of Fenghua won the title of "the first batch of national characteristic landscape tourism town".

Railway
Xiaoyong double track railway and Ningbo Taizhou Wenzhou Railway are the main railways in Ningbo. Beilun line, Hongzhen line, Yuci line and Baisha line are the branch lines, connecting Zhejiang Jiangxi line and Shanghai Hangzhou line, Ningbo port area and the national railway network.
