According to the record of lost history of Liao Dynasty, after Liao destroyed the Bohai Sea, the restrictions on the Bo people were very strict, and they were not allowed to communicate with each other freely, while the Huifa tribe, which was far away from the Bo people, was more lenient and allowed to communicate with other tribes.
