The exhibition space of Chongqing International Convention and Exhibition Center is divided into indoor exhibition hall and outdoor exhibition hall. The indoor exhibition hall has three exhibition halls, of which the first and fourth floor exhibition halls are divided into three areas (5882 m2 in area a, 4372 m2 in area B and 5164 m2 in area C). Booth construction

(1) Construction standard: the standard booth is 3M × 3M (or 3M × 2m).

(2) Provide a "site plan", which includes: floor size, clearance height, bearing area and weight, location of fire-fighting facilities, door opening size and location of supporting facilities.

(3) Review the "booth layout plan" provided by the renter, and have the right to ask the other party to modify the plan if it does not comply with the laws and regulations. If the "booth layout plan" passed by the exhibition hall has problems during the exhibition arrangement, the exhibition hall shall be responsible.

(4) Working time limit: complete the construction within the specified time (60 booths / day).

Liability of leaseholder

(1) The booth distribution map shall be delivered to the exhibition business department 7 days before the exhibition. The "booth distribution map" shall be based on the drawings provided by the exhibition hall, and the booth distribution, specifications, construction requirements and special decoration area shall be marked in detail on the drawings.

(2) The "booth layout plan" should be consulted before the exhibition. If the "booth layout plan" is not provided, the lessee shall be responsible for the problems during the exhibition arrangement. The "booth layout plan" should comply with the following principles: the booth can not cover the fire-fighting facilities, reserve enough channels, comply with the relevant national fire-fighting requirements, and comply with the relevant provisions of the "exhibition management regulations".
