Daqingshan Anti Japanese base was established in the early stage of the comprehensive anti Japanese War of the Chinese nation. In June 1938, the CPC Central Committee decided to create the Daqingshan Anti Japanese guerrilla base.

In August 1938, Daqingshan detachment of the Eighth Route Army, formed by the 120th division of the Eighth Route Army, cooperated with the working committee of the Jin Cha Sui border region of the general mobilization committee of the national revolutionary war in the second world war zone and its four guerrilla detachment, with a total of more than 2300 people, began to march into Daqingshan.
