There is a mountain gate in front of the forest of Steles in the North Tower, a heavenly king's Hall in the middle, and a great hero's treasure in the back. There are East and West halls on both sides, and a Tibetan Lama tower in the northeast corner. There are rich exhibitions in the whole scenic spot: in the west side hall, there are "Emperor Kangxi's East tour" and the huge traditional Chinese painting "Kangxi's East tour" and relevant pictures; in the east side hall, there are "Shengjing ancient city style" exhibitions, there are huge traditional Chinese painting "Shengjing map" and relevant sand table models, charts, photos, etc.
Beita stele forest
Beita stele forest is located in Shenyang, built in the Chongde period of the Qing Dynasty (1643-1645). It is one of the four pagoda temples in the East, West, South and north of Shenyang in the early Qing Dynasty, and is the most complete one preserved so far. On display are pictures such as the picture of Shengjing, sand table model of Shenyang ancient city, and a forest of stone inscriptions recording the history of Shenyang. Construction started in 1643 (the eighth year of Chongde) and completed in 1645 (the second year of Shunzhi).
Main attractions
There is a Falun temple under the pagoda. Now, there are five Ying in the main hall, three Ying in the Tianwang hall, five Ying in the East and five Ying in the west, one Pagoda in the north of the temple and three Ying in the mountain gate.
The construction form of the four towers is Tibetan Lama tower, which is composed of three parts: base, tower body and phase wheel.
The North Tower and Falun temple are well preserved. In January 1962, Shenyang Municipal People's committee declared them as municipal cultural relics protection units. In 1984, the State paid money to repair the North Tower
The main hall, Mountain Gate and side hall of Falun temple were built, the art of Buddhism Tantrism and the style of Shengjing ancient city were displayed, and the forest of Steles was built, which was officially opened to the public in October 1987.
