Mangshi national culture palace is located in the east of the south section of Qingnian Road, covering an area of 154 mu. It was built in 1988. Stepping into the Cultural Palace, you can see that the gate is in the shape of a triangle spire and the door opening is in the shape of a gourd. It is a Dai palace style building with brilliant colors and strong Dai characteristics. There are "bailongting", the symbol of Dai Water Splashing Festival, and "munaoshidong", the symbol of Jingpo Munaozongge. There is also a "Premier Zhou Enlai Memorial Pavilion" in the palace. The pavilion is in the shape of a stacked Pavilion, covered with gold ceramic tiles, with a square base and marble railings. There are a total of 20 portals, with banners and inscriptions written in Chinese, Dai and Jingpo characters.
